At Geelong Rifle Club, we are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and well-governed environment for all members, visitors, and participants.
This page provides access to the key documents that guide how the club operates, how members are expected to conduct themselves, and how we plan for the future.
These documents fall into two key areas:
Governance & Conduct
Policies and rules that set expectations for behaviour, safety, and club operations:
- GRC Code of Conduct — outlines club-specific standards for respectful behaviour, participation, and communication
- NRAA Code of Conduct — national policy covering integrity, safety, and conduct in the sport
- GRC Social Media & Communication Policy — expectations for responsible use of club and personal platforms
- Standard Shooting Rules (SSRs) — technical rules for fullbore rifle shooting
- Victorian Model Rules (Club Constitution) — the legal framework under which the club is incorporated and managed
Strategic Direction
Documents that set the long-term direction and priorities of the club:
- GRC Strategic Business Plan 2026–2032 — outlines the club’s vision, priorities, and key objectives to guide growth, sustainability, and development over the next seven years
All members are encouraged to familiarise themselves with these documents. Together, they ensure the club operates safely, professionally, and with a clear direction for the future.
