Club Policies

At Geelong Rifle Club, we are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all members, visitors, and participants. Our club policies outline the standards and expectations that support our operations — both on and off the range.

This page provides access to the key documents that guide our behaviour, governance, and communication. These include:

  • GRC Code of Conduct — outlines club-specific standards for respectful behaviour, participation, and communication
  • NRAA Code of Conduct — national policy covering integrity, safety, and conduct in the sport of target rifle shooting
  • GRC Social Media & Communication Policy — sets clear expectations for responsible use of club and personal platforms
  • Standard Shooting Rules (SSRs) — technical rules for fullbore rifle shooting, as set by the NRAA
  • Victorian Model Rules (Club Constitution) — the legal and operational framework under which our club is incorporated and managed

All members are expected to be familiar with these documents. They are here to protect individual rights, uphold club values, and support the committee in maintaining a positive club culture.
